Todoer is a task management app that helps you stay organized, both on your own and with your team. This guide covers everything you need to get up and running in the first few minutes.
Creating your account
Head to todoer.site/register and sign up with your email address and password. You can also optionally provide a username during registration. After submitting, you'll receive a 6-digit verification code by email.
Verifying your email
Once you have the code, go to todoer.site/verify-email and enter the 6-digit code to activate your account. You won't be able to sign in until your email is verified.
If you'd prefer to skip this step, use the Continue with Google button on the sign-in page. Google-authenticated accounts are automatically verified, so no code is needed.
Your first look at Todoer
After signing in you'll land on the /home page — your personal Tasks view. This is where you can manage tasks that belong to you alone. Your tasks stay here unless you activate a workspace context.
Adding tasks
Tasks are created using a modal form. Click the Add Task button to open it. The form includes:
- Title — required
- Description — optional, for additional details
- Priority — Low, Medium, or High
- Due date — optional, pick a date from the date picker
Tasks live in your personal context by default. When a workspace is activated, new tasks are created inside that workspace instead and are visible to all workspace members.
Creating or joining a workspace
Need to collaborate? Head to the Workspaces page to create a new workspace (just give it a name) or accept an invitation to join an existing one. Workspaces give you and your team a shared space for tasks and files, with role-based access control.
See Creating and managing workspaces for the full details.
Sharing files
Todoer supports file uploads in both personal and workspace contexts. Use the Files tab to upload documents, images, and other assets. When a workspace is active, uploaded files are shared with all workspace members. Supported formats and size limits are covered in How file uploads work.
