Todoer lets you assign a priority level and a due date to any task. Together they help you and your team understand what needs attention and when.

Priority levels

Every task has a priority — it defaults to Medium when created. You can set or change the priority in the task modal when creating or editing a task.

Level When to use
Low Nice to have, no time pressure. Can be deferred without consequences.
Medium Standard work. Should be done but isn't blocking anything.
High Important and time-sensitive. Should be completed soon.

Setting a due date

When creating or editing a task, use the date input in the task modal to set a due date. To remove it, clear the date field.

Tasks that are past their due date and not yet completed are highlighted in the list so they stand out.

Sorting and filtering by priority

Use the Sort dropdown at the top of the task list to order tasks by priority, due date, or creation time. You can also filter to show only tasks at a specific priority level using the Filter option.

Tip Combine sorting by due date with a High priority filter to quickly surface your most pressing tasks.
