You can permanently delete your Todoer account from your profile page. This removes all your personal data from the system.

This cannot be undone Account deletion is permanent and uses a cascade delete — your tasks, files, comments, feed messages, workspaces you own, and all associated data will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

Before you delete

Account deletion removes everything. This includes:

  • Workspaces you own — if you are the sole owner of any workspaces, those workspaces and all their contents will be deleted.
  • Tasks, files, comments, and feed messages — all your personal data across every workspace is permanently removed. Nothing remains visible to other members.

How to delete your account

  1. Sign in and go to your profile page
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page
  3. Click Delete account
  4. Confirm the deletion — enter your current password if you have one, or confirm directly if your account doesn't have a password set

Your account will be deleted immediately. You'll be signed out and redirected to the homepage.

Google accounts

If you signed up with Google and haven't set a password, your account has no password on file. When you confirm deletion, the password field is not required — the deletion proceeds without re-authentication.

Reactivating a deleted account

Deleted accounts cannot be reactivated. If you want to use Todoer again after deleting, you'll need to create a new account with the same or a different email address.
